Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment location in Greece, except to sanctioned or restricted countries where shipping is legally prohibited.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping options are available at checkout depending on your destination. Estimated delivery times are:

European Union: 1–5 business days
United States: 1–7 business days
International (outside EU & USA): 3–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, local postal services, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Rates

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order size.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking information. GEO TCG SRL is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Where possible and workload permits, we may assist customers by providing supporting information or guidance, but we are not liable for carrier-related issues at any stage of delivery.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or fees imposed by their destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.
