Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from GEO TCG SRL through www.pokegeotcg.com (the "Website"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Our Products
We sell physical collectible products only, including:

Graded Pokémon cards

Sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products
Due to the collectible and often high-value nature of these items, all sales are handled under strict return conditions.
2. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Price changes after purchase

Differences of opinion regarding card condition or grading

Grading company standards, population changes, or market value fluctuations
Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will only accept a return or issue a refund in the following cases:

You received the wrong item, or

Your item arrived damaged during shipping
Reporting an Issue
You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@pokegeotcg.com and provide:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging

A description of the issue
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the request being denied.
4. Return Authorization
If your claim is approved:

We will provide return instructions where applicable

Returned items must be in the same condition as received
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if the returned item shows signs of use, tampering, or alteration.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued:

Using the original payment method

For the purchase price only, unless otherwise required by law
Shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes are non-refundable, except where legally required.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
After this 24-hour period, or once the order has been processed or shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded (except cases that apply to point number 3 stated above).
To request a cancellation, customers must contact us as soon as possible at info@pokegeotcg.com with their order number.
7. Shipping Insurance & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is shipped.
If shipping insurance is offered at checkout, selecting it is the customer’s responsibility. Claims for lost or damaged shipments without insurance may not be approved.
8. EU Consumer Rights
If you are an EU consumer, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, mandatory consumer rights will apply and override this policy.
9. Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns if we detect abuse of this policy, fraudulent behavior, or repeated refund requests.
