We sell physical collectible products only, including but not limited to:

  • Graded Pokémon cards

  • Sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, minor imperfections or manufacturer defects may exist, especially in sealed products.
 

3. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices displayed on the Website are shown in the applicable currency at checkout.

  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
 

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If payment has already been received, it will be refunded.
 

5. Payments

We accept payments through the following third-party providers:

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

We do not store or process credit or debit card details. Payment information is handled securely by the respective payment providers under their own terms and privacy policies.
 

6. Shipping

  • We ship worldwide, except to sanctioned or restricted countries.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer.
 

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
 

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of collectible and graded trading cards:

  • All sales are final, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, or grading disagreements.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refunds or replacements, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
 

9. Risk of Loss & Insurance

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment. Where shipping insurance is offered, it is the customer’s responsibility to select it at checkout.
 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of GEO TCG SRL or its licensors and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written permission.
 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

We shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, or governmental actions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the country in which GEO TCG SRL is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
